Cash prizes and trophies await the top three winners, with registration and setup kicking off at 8am. Cook your best gumbo on-site starting at 9am, as judging begins at 1pm. Details:

Entry fee is $100.  (1 ~ 3 person teams)

Registeration and setup start 8am on the 23rd.

Cooking starts at 9am.

3 gallons of gumbo minimum.

Judging starts at 1pm.

Public tasting starts at 1:30pm.

Winners announced at 2pm.
